Green Practices:

We live in these magnificent mountains, we play in them, and we love them. So being responsible stewards of our wilderness comes naturally. Up in the mountains, we introduce our fellow hikers to the latest low-impact travel techniques. We hike on hardy, sustainable routes, such as rocky ridges and dry meadows. We keep close track of the mountain goats, caribou, and other wildlife in our hiking areas, and we schedule our flights to avoid disturbing them.

Our lodges are built with state-of-the-art systems to minimize energy consumption and waste. We recycle everything recyclable. We work closely with provincial government and private sector researchers on projects that help us improve our respectful relationship with these special mountain places. Our vision is to be North America’s leading sustainable tourism operator.
